CARHOME currently has three air suspension production lines and 14 leaf spring production lines, reaching an annual production capacity of 30, 000 sets of automotive air suspensions, 200, 000 high-end leaf springs and 12, 000 tons of automotive fasteners. The company also has first-class production devices and different inspection and testing devices. The company is the only high-tech enterprise that produces both automotive air suspension and high-end automotive leaf spring in China.

CARHOME has also founded provincial enterprise technology center, Nanchang Engineering Technology Research Center and Jiangxi Academician Workstation, having had 26 air suspension patents, 12 automotive leaf spring patents and other knowledge technologies and passed the certification of TS16949: 2009 International Quality Management System as well as ever participated in the preparation of international standard ISO18137-1.

CARHOME is one of the leading enterprises in leaf spring field in China and its production and sales throughout the country have ranked in top three in five consecutive years in leaf spring industry of China, with over 10% market share; In domestic after-sales market, the company have 100 branches, ranking first in six consecutive years in term of sales, so it has become a dark horse in the industry. In domestic aftermarket, the company has established a long-term cooperation relationship with Beiqi Foton, Dongfeng, ISUZU Motors and many other well-known complete-vehicle enterprises.
